Product: Auto Touch (hereinafter "the App")|Distributed via Google Play|The App requires a network connection
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 2026|Product: Auto Touch
The App is a tool that runs on your phone to play back the on-screen automation scripts you build yourself. It operates on a
"free + ads" basis, so it connects to the network to load ads and, once you consent, reports the minimal runtime statistics and
crash information. It is distributed via Google Play, and its privacy compliance follows Google Play policies and the EU General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Here is a quick summary first, then the details.
0. 30-second at a glance
The scripts you build (tap positions, coordinates, text, durations, loop counts, script names) arestored on your device only, never uploaded, and never used for ad targeting.
The App stays free through Google AdMob ads, which use device, network and advertising-identifier (GAID) information.
On first launch you can consent or decline: consent = personalized ads + analytics on; decline = non-personalized ads only, analytics off. Either way, every on-device feature keeps working.
We do not collect your contacts, SMS, call logs, photos or precise location, and we never read passwords or payment details you type in other apps.
1. How we obtain your consent
On first launch, the App shows this document on the last onboarding screen with a pre-checked confirmation box. Your consent is based on the act of you actively tapping "Get Started", not on any default state:
Leave it checked and tap "Get Started" = consent: personalized ads and Google Firebase analytics are enabled;
Uncheck it, then tap "Get Started" = decline: analytics stays off and your usage and crash data are not collected; to keep the App free, ads are still shown, but only non-personalized ones;
Consenting or declining does not affect recording or running scripts — all on-device features of the App remain fully usable.
About "non-personalized ads": to request and display an ad, the ad SDK still sends device, network and advertising-identifier information to Google for ad delivery, frequency capping, attribution and anti-fraud.
That information is not used to build a profile of your interests or for personalized targeting. "Non-personalized" limits how ads are targeted; it is not a zero-data mode.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK: you will additionally see a standard consent interface provided by Google (the User Messaging Platform, UMP). Your choice there takes precedence over the checkbox above and
directly decides whether ads are personalized and whether analytics is enabled, and you can change it at any time in that interface or in system settings.
2. What information we collect and what it is used for
2.1 Script data: stays on your device
The tap/swipe positions, coordinates, durations, delays, loop counts you mark in the floating window, and the script names and descriptions you fill in yourself, are all written to the App's private directory on your device.
They are not uploaded and are not used for ad targeting. Uninstalling the App deletes them.
2.2 Information used for ad delivery (happens whether or not you consent to personalization)
To load and serve ads and to perform deduplication, attribution and anti-fraud, the ad SDK (Google AdMob) processes the following:
Device and app information: device model, brand, OS version, screen resolution and pixel density, app version, language and region;
Network information: network type (Wi‑Fi / cellular), the rough region derived from the IP (the full IP is not stored);
Advertising identifier: the device advertising ID (GAID) used for ad delivery and attribution, which you can reset or turn off in system settings.
When you consent, Google may use the above for personalized targeting; when you decline, ads are served non-personally (see section 1). Ad content does not read your script content or coordinates.
2.3 Information used for analytics and crash diagnosis (collected only after you consent)
Only after you make a consent choice as described in section 1 (for EEA/UK users, consenting to analytics in the UMP interface) does the App enable Google Firebase Analytics, which then collects:
Usage information: events such as feature-tap counts and the success/failure result codes of script runs;
Diagnostic information: crash stacks and where they occur, for stability troubleshooting.
If you decline, Firebase is never initialized and none of the above usage and crash data leaves your device — not a single byte.
3. The Accessibility permission: why it is needed, and what it does not do
The App needs the system "Accessibility service" permission to perform automatic taps and swipes — the common way automation tools of this kind implement clicks. About this permission, please note:
You enable it yourself in system settings and can turn it off in the same place at any time; once off, the App immediately loses all automation ability;
The App uses it only to run the scripts you build yourself; it does not silently scan, record or upload the screen content of other apps in the background;
Sensitive content you type in other apps — passwords, payment details and the like — is not recognized, recorded or uploaded by the App.
Recommendation: do not run automation scripts on pages involving payment, banking or identity verification; script coordinates are stored on your device, so please be mindful of any information they may contain when you share or back up your phone.
4. List of third-party SDKs
Every third-party SDK the App integrates is listed below, each in a single sentence covering "who it is, what data it handles, and what it is for"; the full and current handling is governed by each provider's official privacy policy (follow the link to view it).
Any third party not shown on this page does not run in the App, and updates to this list ship with app updates.
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK): serves ads; handles device and network information and the advertising identifier (GAID) for delivery, deduplication, attribution and anti-fraud; personalized when you consent, non-personalized when you decline, and you can reset or turn off the ad identifier in system settings. See policies.google.com/technologies/ads and policies.google.com/privacy;
Google Firebase Analytics: enabled only after you consent; collects usage and crash events and some device information for feature-usability statistics and stability troubleshooting; never initialized or uploading if you decline. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy;
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): shows EEA/UK users a compliant consent interface and records and passes on your consent choices for AdMob and Firebase to read; handles basic device and app information and an approximate region. See policies.google.com/privacy;
Google Play Services: provides underlying platform capabilities such as the advertising identifier (GAID), from which the App reads the ad ID. See policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Storage, sharing and protection of information
Where and how long: on-device data lives in the App's private directory; ad and analytics data reported over the network is handled by Google per its policies, and data the App reports to its server is kept for at most 12 months, then deleted or anonymized;
Transmission security: all network requests use HTTPS, and ad and analytics requests do not carry your script content;
Scope of sharing: we share with the third parties above only as necessary to provide ads, analytics and troubleshooting, and we never sell your personal information; we may disclose information where required by law or by a competent authority, and will notify you to the extent permitted;
Cross-border transfer: Google AdMob / Firebase / UMP may involve transferring data abroad (e.g. to Google's global servers); we rely on this document and the relevant third parties' Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and other compliance mechanisms as the transfer basis.
6. Your controls and rights
You can control your information in the following ways:
Consent choice: on the last onboarding screen, via the checkbox; EEA/UK users can make and change their choice in the Google consent interface (UMP);
Turn off personalized ads: reset or turn off the device advertising identifier (GAID) in system settings — you will still see ads, just no longer interest-targeted;
Stop analytics: decline consent, or clear app data and then choose "decline" again, to disable Firebase analytics;
Block networking: disallow the App's network access in system "App management" — ads then cannot load and runtime data cannot be reported, but your on-device scripts and execution are unaffected;
Delete on-device data: delete individual scripts in the App, or use "Settings → Apps → Storage → Clear data" to wipe everything at once; uninstalling the App also deletes it.
GDPR data-subject rights (for users in the EEA): you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal),
and the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority of your member state of residence. To exercise these rights or withdraw consent, email wallehu99@gmail.com and include the app version number (see "Settings → Version").
7. Minors
The App is intended for adult users. If you use it on a minor's device, do so with the parent or guardian informed and consenting; we do not run personalized ad targeting aimed at minors.
8. Updates to this document
When features or data-handling practices change, we update this page and show the latest version in the App. For changes that add data collection, add a third party, or change a purpose, we give prominent notice before they take effect and, where necessary, seek your consent again.
9. Contact us
If you have questions about this document, or need to exercise rights such as access, rectification, erasure or withdrawal of consent, email the developer at wallehu99@gmail.com and include the app version number (see "Settings → Version").
Terms of Service
Effective date: September 2026|Product: Auto Touch
By tapping "Get Started" on the first-launch onboarding screen, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms; you may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. The App is a tool that provides on-device on-screen automation,
operating on a "free + ads" basis, and it needs a network connection to provide these capabilities in full.
1. What we provide
The App provides the following: on your phone, it records and saves a set of operation scripts (tap by coordinate, tap by control text, swipe, Home key, Back key) and runs them automatically in the order and with the delays you arrange.
The App does not perform any action you have not arranged, and it offers no content, transactions or managed services on your behalf.
All features of the App are free; there are no fees, no subscriptions and no paid unlocks. If you see in-app entry points claiming to "pay to unlock scripts" or "speed up execution", those are deceptive ad content — please do not trust them.
2. Networking and ads
To stay free, the App shows ads provided and served by Google AdMob;
Ads are shown whether or not you consent to personalization: consenting serves personalized ads and enables analytics; declining serves only non-personalized ads and keeps analytics off. The data scope is described in the Privacy Policy on this page;
Loading ads requires a network connection; declining consent does not turn ads off and does not affect use of your on-device scripts;
The content, availability and terms of third-party ad and analytics services are the responsibility of that third party; any transaction or dispute between you and them is unrelated to the App;
Do not click deceptive ads to pay or download — the App has no such paid-unlock mechanism whatsoever.
3. Your acceptable use
You should use the App within the limits of the law and bear the consequences of your own use. You agree not to use the App to:
tamper with the normal order of other products, such as ticket/item sniping, fake registrations, bulk liking or following, or cheating tools;
harass others, send bulk irrelevant messages, or infringe others' rights;
circumvent the security checks of other apps, or access data or features forbidden by their terms;
maliciously drain the App's ad revenue by scripting fake clicks or impressions;
crack, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App, or remove or alter the App's branding and ad display.
Most apps' terms prohibit automation scripts and external tools. Before using the App, first confirm that the target app permits automated operation; otherwise you bear any resulting consequences, such as account risk or data loss.
4. Risks and disclaimers
The App relies on the system "Accessibility service", which you enable yourself in system settings; turning the permission off stops all automation;
Scripts run by coordinate and text, so a UI redesign, an overlaying pop-up or a resolution change can cause a wrong tap. Do not run them on irreversible pages such as payment, money transfer or data deletion;
Long-running automation may trigger the risk controls of the system or of other apps; we suggest validating first with a small loop count;
The App needs a network connection, and running it on cellular data may incur data charges, which you bear;
The App is provided "as is", with no express or implied warranty of availability or accuracy, and no liability for indirect losses.
5. Data and backup
The scripts you create are stored on your device only and belong to you. The App has no backup duty: switching devices, clearing data or uninstalling the App loses all scripts. How script data is handled (including what, if anything, is reported for ads and analytics) is described in the Privacy Policy on this page.
6. Intellectual property
The intellectual property of the App's program, its interface design and related materials other than user content belongs to the developer or the respective rights holders. The rights to the script content you create using the App belong to you or the original rights holders.
7. Changes to and termination of these Terms
We may update these Terms due to feature changes, business-model changes or legal requirements; the updated Terms take effect once published on this page, and material changes are given prominent notice in the App. If you disagree with the changes, please stop using and uninstall the App.
You may stop using the App at any time; the clauses on usage restrictions, disclaimers and intellectual property survive termination of these Terms.
8. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, email the developer at wallehu99@gmail.com and include the app version number (see "Settings → Version").
